The Capitol HI-"Q" library succeeded the "Q" series and the HI-"Q" stood for (you guessed it) "high quality". The library was released on tape and LP, and the labels all bore the "reel" number of the corresponding tape. There appear to have been five "series" in HI-"Q", the "D", "L", "M", "S", and "X" prefixes.
